Naturally contains caffeine.
How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon for a cup maybe 2 for a large mug. Boil freshly drawn water, cool to 80 degrees, infuse leaves for 2 to 5 minutes and drink without milk, add a little sugar if you wish.
