Known as the champagne of black teas as its exclusive taste and quality and cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world!
This is from the first flush plucking, which occurs normally from the end of March to end of April, this flush gives a refreshing distinctive flavour and light in colour. This Darjeeling TGFOP is very bright and full of flavour that bursts with characteristic muscatel flavour and a hint of nuttiness - a really excellent 1st Flush Darjeeling.
Darjeeling is generally known for it's poor colour in the cup, certainly if you add milk, but believe us it is so full of vibrant flavours.
Our Darjeeling comes from the Tukdah tea estate, who employs over 800 people they are all well cared for with free housing, schooling, hospital care and places of worship. Situated high in the hills, the estate produces over 200 metric tons of finished tea each year to a very high standard.

How to Brew:
Take a teaspoon per cup (2 for a mug). Boil freshly drawn water, infuse leaves for three minutes and drink with the smallest dash of milk or preferably without milk, try it with a slice of lemon. You may add sugar if you wish.
Due to manufacturing processes, this tea may contain traces of: Cereals containing gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soya, mustard and sulphur dioxide (>10mg/kg). (sulphur dioxide is used to preserve all dried fruits and prevents them spoiling).
